Due to the dependency we've all grown accustom to with email we will be doing a last minute switch with our twlt.net email addresses within the next hour.
This will effect ONLY those customers using a twlt.net email address, other domains will be moved later this week. The migration to a new server should be completed by midnight tonight. There is a list below of things to expect during this transaction.
Because a DNS change is involved it could take several hours for other servers to recognize the change, so expect the following.
1) some email will go to the old server, while the rest will go to the new server.
2) email may get bounced back to the originating server and held for 24hrs, then redelivered.
3) a new webmail interface (contacts will not be carried over)
Some of you may not be happy with the changes in webmail but please keep in mind that our current webmail solution was put in place so that traveling customers could get their email while away; it was never meant as a E-Mail Client solution such as Outlook Express or Eudora.
Our old webmail system will stay in place for One (1) month so that you can get any email from it that may have not made it to the new server during this transition.
Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc, clients will not be affected and therefore no settings should need to be changed. You may still want to login to webmail from time to time and make sure there are no new emails awaiting.
Current webmail customers, once the change is complete you can access the new webmail interface at http://mail.twlt.net/
Thanks,
Twilight Staff

If you are getting 550 relaying denied or other errors while sending you need to update your email clients settings to login to the outgoing mail server. The login information is the same as the incoming, your email address and the password for it. Here is a link for Outlook Express clients.
At step 3, just double click your email account and skip to step 9.

An email has been sent to all customers regarging some changes to our billing and support. If you did not receive this email you can click on the "more" button for this post to read it. These changes are effective immediately. Update 10/02/07 10:13pm: New charges in the new billing system should be posted tomorrow or the 4th as we are awaiting the developers to respond to an issue. Everyone on email invoices should get an email when this takes place, if you don't get an email then we don't have a current valid email address in the system for you; please make sure it's updated.

As a note to all customers, our carrier and local telco are working on bringing us additional lines for more bandwidth. Service may be interrupted for short periods of time during the next week. Our current lines should remain up but we've had experience before with the local telco having to disconnect our other lines to complete the installation of new lines. Please be patient during this time.
